Common questions

How long does a project take?

Mapping and redesign usually take 2 to 6 weeks. Automation builds depend on scope, and we give you a fixed timeline before any work starts.

Do we need to change our software?

No. We start with the tools you already use and only recommend new ones when they clearly pay for themselves.

What does the free process review include?

A 30-minute call about one process, then a short written summary with 3 improvement ideas and a rough estimate of the time they could save.

Who owns the automations and documents?

You do. Everything is handed over with documentation and access, so you are never locked in to us.

Can you work with a small team?

Yes. Many of our projects are for teams of 5 to 50 people who want to stop doing repeat work by hand.
